In the USA, the 20th season of a show is running on TV right now. The first 19 seasons are currently available to watch on Disney+

To watch the first 370 episodes of Family Guy, you only need a Disney+ account. You can choose between a year-long subscription for $89.99 or a monthly subscription for $8.99. When you subscribe for a year, you save 16% annually on the Disney+ costs and pay in essence $7.49 per month, but you cannot cancel your subscription before it expires.

If you'd like to switch to a yearly contract, that's ok. That gives you plenty of time to test out "Family Guy" and the various other series from Disney and its various partner studios, and at the end of the month, you can cancel if you don't like it.

Members are Father Peter, a clumsy but kind middle-man; Lois, his beautiful wife and piano teacher, who comes from a wealthy family named Pewterschmidt. Their daughter Meg (originally pronounced by Hollywood star Mila Kunis) is often ridiculed and ignored by the family. Besides there's also a not so clever and uncoordinated teenager son named Chris, who basically represents a younger version of Father Peter.

Stewie, the mischievous genius of the family, constantly has dark plans up his sleeve, but is actually a little boy trapped in a body of an evil genius. Consequently, he's largely ignored by people who should take him more seriously.

There is no continuous story to know, only that the family goes through similar situations in every episode, crossing the line into outright bad taste on occasion.

Neighbors of the Griffins include the sex-obsessed bachelor and pilot Quagmire, the grocery store owner Cleveland and his wife Loretta, the querschnittsgelähmte policeman Joe and his wife Bonnie, their children Susie and Kevin, as well as the older pedophile named Herbert.

Regular appearances by television news reporters Tricia Takanawa and Meteorologe Ollie Williams have also drawn in former Hollywood stars like James Woods and Adam West. Even former Batman actors from the 1960s, Adam West, appeared in 118 episodes as town mayors.

The comparisons with The Simpsons aren't exactly accurate - the yellow family had a few brief appearances on "Family Guy" and in turn, Family Guy has had a few brief appearances on The Simpsons. Especially Patrick Stewart, well-known as Captain Picard, played often in MacFarlane's various productions. Finally, in the 7th season finally a reunion of the entire Star Trek crew in a wacky and memorable episode.

The Fox-Studio's responsible for both films watched them and ordered the animation artist to produce the series called "Family Guy." Despite solid ratings, the show's airing slot on Fox was moved without warning time and again which led to even more viewer desertion.

The animated TV series was one of the first productions to be revived due to DVD sales and continued. However, producers had to deal with various copyright lawsuits and conservative criticism due to borderline content over the years.
