If you are a Sky long-term customer and decide to cancel your contract, you may be offered a special Sky Rückholangebot at much better conditions. The company is trying to get you to stay by offering this deal.

Many people know the process: Sky cancels and receives better Sky offers. However, many factors influence your personal return offer. We'll tell you how to get the best Sky return offer and what to watch for.

If you sign up for a Sky subscription as a new customer, you usually get big discounts. After the minimum term of 12 or 24 months, the price of the subscription automatically goes up to the normal price. The discounted prices are only valid during the minimum term of the subscription contract.

If you don't want to pay any higher prices after the minimum contract term has elapsed, you can terminate the contract before the expiration date. You will then be offered Sky rebates for significantly lower prices.

Also, the date of expiration is important. If you are a new customer or have already cancelled a subscription, then your current price will be different. The price of returning an offer doesn't always fall to the best price. Often, depending on the package, free additional extensions, a losing activation fee or a new and more powerful receiver are offered.

Our experience tells us that Sky tends to focus on the following points when making a return offer:
